The Challenge consists of a pilot Obesity Prevention program for enrollment during the month of August 2009 where 20 patients [15 children and 5 adults] with potential health risk problems for overweight/obese based on BMI results will be asked to voluntarily join the Obesity Prevention Challenge. Patients MUST follow program criteria and recommendations. The pilot program Office visit consultation at the Clinic will be at NO CHARGE. Fees will apply for Laboratory tests, Medications/Vitamin Injections or Nutritional Supplements. Patients will be offered Nutritional and Physical Activity counseling at the Clinic by Independent Nutritional and Physical Activity experts. The duration of the pilot program will be limited to 180 days from the date of initial office visit consultation regardless of the outcome of the patients' BMI results at the end of the pilot program.  The patient authorizes Doctors R Us Walk-In Clinic to share clinical BMI progress outcomes for Testimonial purposes only.
